Insurance

When you or someone you know is injured in an auto accident because of the negligence of someone else that person or their insurance company will be responsible for the repair or replacement of your vehicle, your medical expenses and possibly other payments for pain and suffering, lost wages, etc.

These medical expenses will include the evaluation and treatment of your injuries as well as diagnostic imaging including x-rays, CTs, and/or MRIs. In the vast majority of cases, the liable insurance company reaches a negotiated settlement with the injured party or their legal representative.  This settlement usually includes payment for pain and suffering and may include payment for lost wages and other expenses.

If the person at fault does not have insurance, your own insurance policy may have under-insured or uninsured coverage.  Your automobile policy may also have personal injury coverage (also known as medical payment or med-pay coverage).

Our professional staff at Accident Treatment and Care Center, Inc. will help you determine your coverage as well as file any needed documents for your case. If needed, we can refer you to legal counsel who will discuss the options you have in settling your claim.
