Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an Attorney?

Our experienced staff will help you determine if you should consult an attorney. If you retain legal representation, we will work with your law firm and provide the necessary statements. When requested, a narrative report will be provided at a nominal charge to be paid upon settlement of your claim.

The Doctor says I need an MRI.  Can you do that?

Yes, we can refer you to an imaging center for an MRI study at no up front cost to you.

Will I continue to have pain after the treatment?

The Medical practitioner will explain your prognosis and you will be taught how to take care of your body to minimize the chance of chronic or recurrent pain.

What about X-rays?

We have an on-site digital imaging X-ray facility and can provide any required studies prescribed. These X-rays can be digitally formatted and emailed or burned to a disk for future use.

What about my own car insurance?

Our staff will help you find out what coverage you have. If you have personal injury coverage, we will help you file a claim.

I don’t have money to spare for prescriptions or splints.  What do I do?

We will provide your medications, hot packs, and other supplies and will bill the insurance company directly for these charges. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT FOR ANY OF YOUR MEDICAL EXPENSES AT THE ACCIDENT CARE AND TREATMENT CENTER, if you have a valid claim against the responsible party.

Where can I get my medications and other prescribed supplies?

We provide medications and supplies on-site at our facility. These are provided to you at no out-of-pocket expense.

What insurance companies do you accept?

None. In most cases, your health insurance does not become involved. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or SoonerCare. >> More about Insurance and Payments

Do I have to pay at the time of my visits?

No! We will file your bill with the liable party or their insurance company and will wait until your case is settled for payment. (You will not be billed for a reasonable time to give you a chance to settle your case. Up to a year until settlement is common).

When will I be able to get an appointment?

In most cases you will be seen on the day you call. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 until 5:30. It is important to begin therapy as soon after your injury as possible in order to speed your recovery.
