What to Expect

When you arrive at The Accident Care and Treatment Center, Inc. you will be interviewed by a caring staff member to make sure you understand how your claim will be handled. You will be given a complete physical examination by one of our licensed medical professionals. A diagnosis will be made and X-rays ordered if indicated. Any required medication will be prescribed along with the therapy necessary for the treatment of your injuries. 

The therapy may include electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, massage, and heat or cold applications, exercise therapy and training, diathermy and other modalities.  The treatment prescribed is administered in the clinic and medications and supplies are provided. 

You will be assisted in dealing with the responsible party's insurance and with your insurance company when indicated.  Legal consultation without charge can be arranged.  Appropriate work releases will be provided when indicated. 

When your injuries have healed, our staff will send your bills to the appropriate insurance company or legal representative.  Our physicians will be available to testify on your behalf if your case requires litigation.
